In short
You are not required to create an account to use our tools. The Instagram/TikTok profiles we analyze are public data. We do not collect or store private accounts, follower lists, or login-only content.
Data we process
- Query data: the username/link you enter into a tool is processed only to produce that result.
- Account data (optional): if you sign up for a subscription, your email and a securely hashed password.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, kept briefly to prevent abuse and enforce limits.
Public data sources
We obtain profile data via third-party API providers (providers on RapidAPI) that access public data, and via platforms' public endpoints. This data belongs to the respective platforms; we process it only transiently for viewing/analysis.
Cookies & consent
All non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing) run only with your explicit consent via Google Consent Mode v2. You can change your consent at any time from the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. For requests, email support@socialsanalytics.com.
Retention
Query results are cached only briefly. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request.
